Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Ovifresh. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria:

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return request.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice) is mandatory to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of cosmetic and oil products, we regret that we cannot accept returns on items that have been:

  • Opened or used.
  • Tampered with or show signs of damage not caused by shipping.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g., final sale items, specific promotional products).

3. How to Initiate a Return:

4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • For returns initiated due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Ovifresh will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a pickup.

5. Refunds Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team.
  • We will notify you via email (or phone) of the status of your return and refund approval or rejection within 2-3 business days of receiving the item.

  • Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. We recommend checking your bank statement after the specified processing time.

6. Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) with your Order Number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will assess the situation and, upon verification, arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
