At Ovifresh, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order.

1. Order Cancellation Window:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
  • Once an order has been marked as “Shipped” and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. At this stage, the order is already with our shipping partner (Shiprocket) and on its way to you.

2. How to Cancel Your Order:

  • It is crucial to contact us as soon as possible, as our fulfillment process is designed for quick dispatch.

3. Cancellation Confirmation:

  • Upon successful cancellation of your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If your order has already been paid for, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Post-Shipment Cancellations (Returns):

  • If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Refund & Return Policy once you receive the product. In such cases, the standard return conditions and return shipping costs (if applicable) will apply.

5. Orders Marked for Shipping:

  • Please note that orders are often processed for shipping very quickly. If you contact us after your order has been moved to the “Shipped” status, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it.
